- In these Terms and Conditions, "we," "us," and "our" mean ARTEXIM HANOI; "you" and "your" mean the customer.

- These Terms and Conditions, together with your order, constitute the entire Contract between you and us for the supply of Products. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of these terms, please contact us before placing an order. The Contract cannot be modified unless we agree to the changes via email or WhatsApp prior to the event.

1. How to Place an Order

If you are interested in our products, please provide us with the item codes and any required color changes via email at artexim@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +84 912 236 172. We will respond to all inquiries by the next working day.

2. Samples and Minimum Orders

Your sample orders are treated as retail orders. All freight costs for samples must be paid by the purchaser.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces or sets per color for each design.

3. Pricing

Prices are based on Ex-Works (EXW) terms.

Prices include standard packing and labeling. Prices are accurate at the time of quotation or on the date of the order, but they may fluctuate due to circumstances beyond our control. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment

- Methods of Payment: We accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), PayPal, MoneyGram, or Western Union.

- For Sample Orders or Orders Under $3,000 USD: Full payment (100%) is required in advance before production begins.

- For Orders of $3,000 USD and Above: A 50% deposit of the total order value is required to start production. The remaining balance, along with shipping costs and any other applicable charges, must be paid in full approximately 7 days before the shipping date.

5. Delivery

The production lead time depends on the order quantity and the specifications of each product. The final delivery schedule shall be mutually agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer at the time the order is placed.

6. Shipping

Shipments are sent via air freight or express courier services at the buyer's expense.

7. Claims and Complaints

- We only accept complaints after the arrival of the order has been confirmed via email or WhatsApp.

- Goods must be inspected upon arrival. Any notifications regarding damage or shortages must be submitted within 10 working days of receipt. Otherwise, the goods shall be deemed to fully comply with the terms of the contract.

- Our liability for compensation is strictly limited to the price of the items or the shipping costs.

- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

8. Product Descriptions

- All of our items are individually handmade. For this reason, they may vary slightly from piece to piece in terms of size, shape, or color tone. This variation represents the unique beauty of a handmade product.

- All of our items are made from natural materials; therefore, any inherent natural variations or minor marks should be accepted as part of the natural characteristics of the craft.

- The product colors displayed on this website may vary depending on your monitor settings, software, or printer. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the exact color of the product upon delivery.

9. Warranty

ARTEXIM HANOI warrants its products for 3 months against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of receipt.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure - such as earthquakes, aircraft accidents, shipwrecks, war, strikes, shortages or unavailability of raw materials from natural sources, or other calamities that prevent either party from fulfilling their agreed obligations - neither party shall be liable for such failure. The affected party must notify the other party in a timely manner to continuously work toward a resolution.

11. General Information

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Vietnamese law, and the Vietnamese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this contract.

- We reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
